Acceptance of these terms

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the Andina Foods website at andinafoods.mx (the "Site"), operated by Andina Foods, S.A. de C.V. ("Andina Foods," "we," or "us"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

About this Site

The Site provides general information about Andina Foods and our food and beverage distribution services. The content is offered for informational purposes only and does not constitute a binding offer, quotation, or commitment to supply. Becoming a customer or supplier of Andina Foods is governed by separate written agreements; nothing on this Site creates a commercial relationship by itself.

Permitted use

You may use the Site for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

  • use the Site in any way that violates applicable law or regulation;
  • attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its servers, or any connected systems;
  • interfere with or disrupt the operation, security, or availability of the Site;
  • introduce viruses, malware, or other harmful code; or
  • copy, scrape, reproduce, or exploit Site content for commercial purposes without our written permission.

Customer Login and accounts

Certain areas of the Site, such as the customer portal accessed through "Customer Login," are restricted to authorized customers. If you are given access credentials, you are responsible for keeping them confidential and for all activity carried out under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

Intellectual property

The Site and its content — including text, graphics, logos, the Andina Foods name and mark, images, and layout — are owned by or licensed to Andina Foods and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may view and download content for your own internal, non-commercial reference, but you may not otherwise reproduce, distribute, modify, or use it without our prior written consent.

Forms and information you submit

When you submit information through the Site (for example, contact or "become a customer" forms), you confirm that the information is accurate and that you are authorized to provide it. Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Third-party links

The Site may contain links to third-party websites or services that we do not control. We provide these links for convenience only and are not responsible for the content, products, or practices of those third parties. Accessing them is at your own risk.

Disclaimers

The Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available." While we work to keep information accurate and current, we do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the content is complete or up to date. Product ranges, coverage, and service details may change without notice.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Andina Foods will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Mexican law.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be published on this page, with its update date. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Mexican States. Any dispute relating to the Site or these Terms shall be submitted to the competent courts of Ciudad de México, and you and Andina Foods expressly waive any other jurisdiction that may apply by reason of present or future domicile.
